Article 2: Application of These Terms

These Terms shall apply to users when they use this Service provided by us via the Internet.
Users shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms at the time they begin using this Service.

Article 3: Amendments to These Terms

We may amend these Terms within the scope of the purpose of this Service if we deem it necessary.
If a user or purchaser uses this Service after such amendments, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Chapter 2: Purchase of Products

Article 4: Purchase of Products

• Users may purchase products from us through this Service.
• If a user wishes to purchase a product, the user shall apply for the purchase in accordance with the procedures separately specified by us.
• Upon such application, after confirming the delivery address, order details, and other information entered and registered by the user, the user shall click the button indicating the intention to place the order. A sales contract for the relevant product shall be deemed concluded between the user and us at the time when a confirmation email regarding the order is received by the user from us.
• Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct is found in connection with the use of this Service, we may cancel, rescind, or take other appropriate measures with respect to the sales contract.
• Minors may not purchase products through this Service without obtaining prior consent from a qualified legal guardian.

Article 5: Changes to Registered Information

If there is any change to the name, address, or other information provided to us at the time of purchase, the purchaser shall promptly notify us.
Even if such changes are registered, transactions that have already been processed prior to the registration of such changes shall be conducted based on the information provided before the change.

Article 6: Payment Methods

• The total payment amount for products shall be the sum of the product price displayed on the website, consumption tax, shipping fees, and any applicable handling charges.
• Payment for products purchased through this Service shall be limited to the payment methods specified by us.
• In the case of payment by credit card, the purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions separately agreed upon with the credit card company. Any disputes arising between the purchaser and the credit card company in connection with the use of the credit card shall be resolved between the purchaser and the credit card company at their own responsibility.
• If a purchaser enters into a separate agreement with a payment service provider for a payment method designated by this Service (including, but not limited to, agreement to the terms and conditions of such payment method), the purchaser shall comply with the terms of such agreement. Any disputes arising between the purchaser and the payment service provider in connection with such payment method shall be resolved between the purchaser and the payment service provider at their own responsibility.

Returns of products from purchasers shall be handled in accordance with the “Special Provisions on Returns” set forth in the section titled “Legal Notice Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions” on the website.

In using this Service, users and purchasers are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts:

1. Any act that causes or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or us
2. Any act that infringes or may infringe upon copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, moral rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of third parties or us
3. Any act that is contrary to public order and morals, or that violates laws and regulations, or may do so
4. Any act of using content obtained through this Service beyond the scope of personal use
5. Any act of reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, or publicly displaying content obtained through this Service, whether directly or through other users or third parties, or any similar acts
6. Any act that interferes with the operation of this Service or any other services provided by us

Chapter 5: Disclaimer

We shall be exempt from liability with respect to the following matters in connection with the use of this Service:

1. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by third parties as a result of a user’s or purchaser’s violation of these Terms.
2. We make no warranties of any kind regarding the content of this Service or any information obtained by users or purchasers through this Service, including, but not limited to, completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness.
3. In principle, we shall not be liable to users or purchasers for any damages arising from the use of this Service, and shall have no obligation to compensate for such damages. However, if the contract between us and the user or purchaser under these Terms constitutes a “consumer contract” as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000), and the disclaimer provisions are not applicable, the provisions of these Terms that fully exempt us from liability shall not apply. In such cases, if we are liable for damages based on breach of contract or tort, our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user or purchaser to us under these Terms during the one (1) year period preceding the date on which the damage occurred, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
4. If the purchaser fails or refuses to receive the product, is unable to receive the product due to long-term absence, if the delivery address is unknown, or if the product cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the purchaser, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our obligation to deliver the product by contacting the purchaser using the registered contact information and by delivering or attempting to deliver the product to the designated delivery address. Upon such fulfillment, we shall be released from such obligation.

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous

Article 11: Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through this Service shall be exclusively owned by us or by third parties with legitimate rights.
If any dispute arises between a user or purchaser and a third party due to a violation of this Article, such user or purchaser shall resolve the dispute at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage, loss, or disadvantage to us.

Article 12: Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 13: Consultation and Jurisdiction

If any matter not stipulated in these Terms or any question regarding the interpretation of these Terms arises, we and the user or purchaser shall resolve such matter promptly through mutual consultation in good faith.
Any and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
